DESCRIPTION:In October 2019 the working group  "Gender & Sexualities | Que
 er Anthropology" has been founded within the  German Anthropological Assoc
 iation (DGSKA). We want to celebrate the establishment of our working grou
 p with an inaugural workshop\, held at FU Berlin on March 19 and 20 in coo
 peration with the Gay Museum. In the workshop\, titled "Queer Openings"\, 
 we want to determine the position of queer\, feminist\, sexuality and gend
 er-related work within anthropology\, explore possible ways for our workin
 g group and offer an opportunity to get to know each other. Submissions by
  interested students are very welcome.
