Im Rahmen des Projektes zum „Haus der Geschichte Österreich“ wird ein zweitägiges Symposion zur Geschichte des Sports und der Bewegungskulturen in Österreich stattfinden. Den Ausgangspunkt sollen zentrale Topoi oder Bilder des sportlichen Geschehens bilden, von denen aus die komplexe Geschichte und die verschlungenen Geschichten des Sports erzählt werden.
